The Dragonfly Arts website is wholly owned an operated by Dragonfly Arts (Australia) Pty. Ltd. Use of this website is subject to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully. Your use of this site (including order placement) indicates your acceptance of these terms. Dragonfly Arts (Australia) reserves the right to make changes to these terms and conditions at any time.
Intellectual property
Unless otherwise indicated, intellectual property (including copyright) of any material (text, images, articles etc) available on this site is owned by Dragonfly Arts (Australia Pty. Ltd.). Materials may be viewed online by you and may be reproduced in hard copy only for your personal reference. Unless otherwise permitted by law, the material and information on this site may not otherwise be reproduced or displayed and may not be distributed to any person (including distribution by e-mail) or incorporated into any other website or materials without prior written approval from Dragonfly Arts.

Dragonfly Arts (Australia) endeavours to provide information which is true and correct at the time of publishing on this website however makes no express or implied warranty, guarantee or promise, in relation to the content or accuracy of any information and materials available via this website.
Dragonfly Arts (Australia) is not responsible for the content including omissions and/or errors contained in or the websites linked to or from this site and expressly disclaims any and all liability and responsibility to any person in respect of the use of material provided on any mentioned or linked website. If you wish to establish a link to the Dragonfly Arts (Australia) website, you must seek our prior written consent – once received, you link at your own risk. Pricing
- Prices, products and offers are all inclusive of 10% GST (Goods and sales tax)
- All prices are correct at the time of publication. Prices may change at any time.
- Sale items are only available during the specified dates of the sale period.
- Unforseen supply problems or unexpected demand may occasionally result in stock being unavailable. You will be notified if this occurs.
- We reserve the right to correct any printing errors and to refuse, cancel or suspend orders placed for products listed at the incorrect price.
- Pricing is in Australian Dollars, unless the customer chooses to use the currency converter option.
Limited Stock
Dragonfly Arts offers stock that is often limited edition/ one off items. In these instances, we will make every effort to remove the item from sale once it is processed – if you make an order for the product (that has already been sold to another customer) prior to it being removed from sale, you will be contacted by email to inform you of this. In this case, you will be reimbursed the full cost of the item.
Delivery Costs
Please see our “Shipping and Delivery” document for full details on the costs of delivery. Please note that large orders or bulky items may require an adjustment to the delivery fee. If this occurs, Dragonfly Arts will contact you to discuss prior to order processing. You may cancel your order at any time prior to processing.
Australian Delivery
We will deliver domestic orders through our courier service or Australia Post. A daytime delivery address and phone number will generally be required in order for someone to sign for the order. Unfortunately, we are unable to accept Post Office boxes as the delivery address. Please see our “Shipping and Delivery” document for full details.
International Delivery
International delivery rates are as posted in our “Shipping and Delivery” document. Dragonfly Arts will assist with tracing orders to the point they have left Australia, however unfortunately we can bear no responsibility for items lost/ misdirected by overseas regular postal services.
Shipping
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail with estimated delivery times. You will also be able to check your order progress in the order summary in your account if you have signed up for one.
Shipping Delays
Unforseen supply problems or unexpected demand may occasionally result in stock being unavailable. If there is a delay for any reason, we will contact you. You may cancel your order at any time prior to processing.
Customs
Customs duties may be payable in the country of destination. Please check with your local customs authorities to ascertain any applicable fees/ charges. Any additional fees are the responsibility of the recipient. Please note, overseas buyers are exempt from paying GST (Goods and Sales Tax – 10%) and this will be deducted from your order during the checkout process.
Additional Information
In order to ensure maximum security, additional measures may be required when placing orders (for example, verifying an order via telephone). These measures are taken to provide optimal protection for both parties. Dragonfly Arts (Australia) reserves the right to request (at our discretion) additional information to assist with identification of a customer prior to processing orders (particularly those that originate outside of Australia). The delay in receiving this information may effect estimated delivery times.
Returns/Exchanges
We are happy to refund, exchange or provide a credit note within 14 days of receipt of goods, with proof of purchase (receipt or credit card record). We are unable to provide a refund, credit note or exchange items sold as “Sale” or “Sample” items, or those clearly marked as faulty on the site. Unfortunately due to Australian health regulations, we are also unable to refund/ exchange earrings.
International returns must be communicated to Dragonfly Arts prior to returning articles. Once approved and the articles received by Dragonfly Arts, the customer will be provided with a refund (as applicable in our refund policy above), exchange or credit note. Any refund will be returned in the form in which it was paid (ie. Credit card, bank cheque, money order, bank deposit etc.). Where the original payment was made by cheque or money order, please allow up to 21 business days for refunds to be processed.
Please note, for both international and domestic customers, postage costs (this includes return and re-delivery postage costs) are entirely the responsibility of the customer except in cases where an item is faulty and wasn’t sold as such. In the case of faulty items, Dragonfly Arts will cover the return postage costs and re-delivery costs of the specified item. All new costs will be communicated to the customer prior to re-sending an item.

Delivery Errors
If a delivery error is made and Dragonfly Arts is deemed responsible for that error (eg. Incorrect labelling of a parcel/ package or incorrect supply of ordered) then we will pay the costs of re-delivery to the recipient. This includes cost of returning the item to us, and re-delivery costs. If a delivery error is due to provision of incorrect address details, order details or any other discrepancy, then the recipient will bear the cost of returning the parcel to us, and the re-delivery costs.
